前段时间,我们收到客户AAA关于公司内部人事调动的通知。
A品牌的原采购部老大V,调任到客户集团内的B品牌当Chief Commercial Officer,而V原来的职位将由J来担任。
这封邮件是客户公司核心高层发过来的,直接发到了公司老板的邮箱。
对于这种情况下下的邮件回复,我们应该慎重且庄重。
如果老板懂外贸,他会直接回复。
但很多公司老板并不懂英语,这封邮件就只能由业务员代劳。
在邮件末尾,我们需表明自己是代表公司高层,以显示公司对客户的尊重。
